Dawaila is a private company, registered in terms of the Companies Act, 2008. Founded in 2013 by Mr. Vhusani Samora Nedawaila, the current CEO, Dawaila has been formed to foster the objectives of small, medium and micro-sized enterprises (SMMEs).

This ambitious and well-respected enterprise boasts technical proficiency across all divisions, backed by the Dawaila brand. It is comprised of financial strength and common values which include an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality. Furthermore, Dawaila seeks to eradicate unemployment and skills shortages.
Vhusani is a previously disadvantaged individual (PDI), so Dawaila is 100% BEE compliant.
